5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a fee of 20% of the total service cost may apply.
5.2 Rescheduling
